Triathlon Training Camp

Random 3 today in the pool 2.4k Emma is back in the game after a bit of a wobble and is going well. As is Gambo. You give all these people tips on their swimming and then they catch you up . Then they start beating you, thats just plain rude.

But again they pushed me along lane for lane. Gambo was not a happy camper today. With numerous work related issues . Funny.

Forecast was for rain all day so slacky called off business . Then it didn’t rain at all. Well not where i was. Spent all day on the Eco pods. They are coming together .

Went out for a run at 6 and had a bit of a forest Gump and stayed out till 8.30. Was teetering on the edge of not hating it for a while.15.4 miles average 8.18 mins per mile. Which is ok Around the castle martin loop. There’s some fierce hills to climb around there.

The b and bers finally checked in at 10. Could have been worse. Swim and longish bike tomorrow.
