Triathlon Training Camps

This year we are offering numerous accommodation and training options for Iron Man Wales, Long course weekend competitors or triathletes hoping to improve this season. All training can, if desired take place on the actual course.


We have numerous coaching staff chomping at the bit to improve your performance on race day. They can offer advice on all aspects of triathlon and the IM Wales/Long course route. We can tailor your stay to your needs and what you want to concentrate on most during your stay. Be it the currents expected in the swim, the climbs on the bike or the convoluted route of the run. We can also organize pool sessions with Pembrokeshires Pro IM triathlete Ollie Simon. Or use a local infinity pool to film your stroke and give you pointers on efficiency or take a dip in the sea. We have access to NB coaching cycling Gym (Nick Brown National 50 mile time trial age group champion), with Turbos, Watt bikes, FTP testing, Bike fits, position analysis etc


In between training sessions you could take a sports massage ,book into a talk on race day nutrition,bike position analysis,roadside bike maintenance or visit our sports psychologist.

Everything you need to make sure you get around in the best time you can. From novice to Pro we can put together a package for you. Over a long weekend, Mid week or longer stays available.

Accommodation varies on site from our new Eco pods ,Bed and breakfast , Self catering or full board depending on group sizes. If we don’t offer the style of accommodation you’d like we have also teamed up with FBM holiday lettings to offer a full range of places to stay. From Bunkhouse to 5 Star.


Individuals can book also and we will accommodate you with other like minded souls on or as near to your target dates as possible that is acceptable to you.

We can arrange a package for non residents also.

All stays will be bespoke to the groups/individuals staying so pricing will vary as we put your packages together.

A typical weekend stay for example.

Arrive Friday. Friday evening sea swim on the course. Eat out in one of the many restaurants in Tenby.

Saturday Morning Long ride on the IM wales/long course bike route (which passes the top of the drive) followed by an easy run off the bike (30 mins) (optional depending on length of ride) Afternoon. Have a sport massage, join a nutrition talk or have a chat on race day psychology. Evening If weather permits sea swim back in Tenby or From Stackpole Quay to Broad Haven South.

Sunday Run the IM course in Tenby , 1 loop, 2 or 3?

We can vary the intensity depending on your requirements. Its your weekend.

If the weather is bad We have the pool to fall back on. With video analysis and advice on stroke efficiency. Nick Browns Cycle gym can accommmodate upto 30 riders for a turbo session , with PA, DVD screens with Power analysis and bike fit options.

Mid week and longer training stays can also be arranged.
