Pembrokeshire Triathlon Camp

Swim this morning.Long steady 2. 3.1 k. Very quiet in the pool this morning. The couple from Pembs Tri turned up and were moving along. I had quite a good session . Her name is Debs ,His name still no idea. So i quizzed Slacky about it at work. He knew who i meant but didn’t know his name. He did, However , know his nickname. Now, at this stage i was thinking’ fabulous, escobar,eric the viking, The power(who i met on sunday. Who is probably definitely someone you would want to go on the piss with!)But no. Slacky seems to think this guys nickname is……’Angry Wank’. Yes ‘angry wank’ takes a while to settle in doesn’t it? This unfortunates nickname is angry wank. Now i’m pretty sure Mr Wanks not aware that this is his name and if he is im certain he wouldn’t be happy about it. To be fair its a corker.How he got this name is anyones guess. I was thinking of putting ‘Angry Wank’ into the search engine on facebook to see if his profile came up. With Debs as his wife. It didn’t. So until i find out his real name we shall call Mr Wank AW for short.He’s a lovely guy and none of this has anything to do with me.

Didn’t fancy turbo this evening so went out for a z1 recovery ride. Was odd being out in the dark again.But it went ok. Bumped into some guy on the way home who was moving along ‘Meurig’ retired copper from Tenby.Knew a lot of people i knew nice fella.Shared a couple of miles with him. 42 miles all z1.
