Pembrokeshire Triathlon Camp

Swim this Morning session random 3 2.3k. Was ok. Reasonably busy and the standard of swimming has gone up in the Pool.Maurice was in as was Paul whose swimming has come on a whole heap from last year. DJ turned up and was his usual self. DJ pipped me for first Pembrokeshire man home last year by 5 mins. I had two punctures so it wouldve been close and we’ve done some good racing. Which he has always won. His bike is strong ,run stronger .Luckily when he swims its difficult to tell if he is swimming or drowning . He is good Value though.

Turbo with ollie tonight, ended up arriving later than usual and got to sit next to the lovely Janina and Eric the Viking. Janina hates it when i sit next to her as she feels she cant slack off!! Felt rubbish again for the warm up but for the pyramid main set felt ok.

Loads of new developments with potential business associates today , the ad is nearly done and lots going on.
