Not sure this is going to be the most comfortable of conversations for me.

Well it seems AW has quite the sense of humour.Phew. The upshot of it is angry wank is not his real name,to top it all he didn’t choose that nick name either.Anyway.

Turbo tonight and Fuck me if Fabulous wasn’t taking it. He looked like an extra from that call on me video(eric Pryz?) Yeah i had to look it up.it’ll be leg warmers and a leotard next week. I tried to make a bolt for the door but i’d been seen.

10 sets of 1 min on one min off at 110% Ftp (300 watts)
then 10 sets of 30 secs on 30 secs off at 120% ftp (340 watts) 10 sets of 20 secs on 20 secs off at 130 % Ftp (360 to 370 watts)
10 sets of 10 secs flat out 15 secs off. The first 3 were ok . which made me think my ftp is higher than 270 watts.
